Why we use it
We use your details only to manage your appointment or answer your enquiry: to call or message you on WhatsApp, to confirm times, to visit your address, and to send booking emails if you gave an email address.
Who can see it
Your details are visible to us and to the website hosting and email providers who process them for us. We do not sell your information. Door-step addresses are used only to plan the visit.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.
